SWEET CHEX MIX-

1 small box Rice Chex-

2 C coconut-

1 C sliced almonds-

1 C karo-

1 C sugar-

1 1/2 C butter-

Dash salt-

1/2 t. soda-

1 t. vanilla

Cook sugar, karo, salt and butter in microwave 5 minutes. Stir and cook 2 more minutes (watch out - it's HOT). Add vanilla and soda then pour mixture over remaining dry ingredients.
