#345: if there was ever a reason to wear strapless.

...this would be it.

from brooklyn bride

so simply elegant it hurts, right?

of my ten toes, maybe about 2 of them are on the bandwagon for the strapless wedding dress. but with a necklace like that, i'm sure the other 8 could be convinced.

I love your blog. I got married in May and our wedding was under 10k, and it was fantastic! I love strapless dresses. My dress was strapless and I didnt worry at all about falling out anywhere. I just wore a strapless corset bra that held me in and lifted a little, it was nice. I love it.

It looks like a Nicole Miller dress.

Gorgeous. I had zero toes on said bandwagon but after seeing this picture I have at least one.

(And that's saying a lot for me!)

I haven't been sold on strapless either - not because I'm afraid I'll fall out of it, it's just that there are SO many other necklines in the world that I think are more flattering on my particular body.

So many other necklines in the non-wedding world, that is. Brideland seems to be a 99% strapless universe. My wedding dress will be strapless because I was willing to compromise there to get the sheath silhouette and lace texture that I wanted.

Thanks for showing me how elegant it can be with a simple necklace.
