#469: the package.

thanks for your comments! we've decided to go with option #1.

created by april of blu sky designs.

so we're going to keep it simple. the invitation, the rsvp card with our email address and the envelope. no liners or return cards or return envelopes. i might add some texture after i get the cards (you know. with a needle pulling thread or something...) but that is yet to be determined.

and because we're keeping the actual invitation simple, i think it might be fun to punch the packaging up a bit as inspired by this pretty envelope smothered in vintage stamps. yes?

We're going with multiple stamps on the envelopes... but you have to be careful they aren't too much above sticker price (and they usually are). We're getting married at a botanic garden, so we went with a lot of flower stamps and Colorado stamps as well. Got all of them on Ebay!

Kudos for simple! I've decided to do a 'Save the Date' video. Then I plan on doing just an invitation & e-mail or evite for RSVPs.

P.S. I believe you can design your own stamps & have them sent to you... the options are endless.

Love the invitation you chose!

I say print up your own stamps and make them from places you'd like to be the ruler of... like... Blisstania or Chocofantastica

Just my crazy idea ;-)

LOVE IT! great choice, simple is best in my book. and the vintage stamp idea is going to really make them stand out ( if you decide to spend the extra $$), but if you don't, there's some pretty stamps out right now.
