•130 guests •DJ •Officiant •Photographer •Invitations + stampage •Wedding dress + alterations •Headpiece •Bridesmaids dresses •Bridesmaids Gifts •Hair and makeup •Groomsmen ties •Groomsmen gifts •Centerpieces •Boutonnieres (7 total) •Michaels stuff – paper, sand, jars, fake flowers, headbands, baskets, pompoms, glue dots, guestbook, flower tape, base for place cards, sticks •Polaroid film for the guestbook •Real flowers (7 bouquets, 4 corsages)•Programs •Place cards •Rehearsal lunch

I think this post in particular helps a lot! I've seen people factor in honeymoon and rings, neither of which I think count at all.
And I totally respect your decision. It's no one elses business.

reception food and drinks are definitely and absolutely included in the final tally. by "130 guests", i meant we fed and beveraged 130 people.

When we started I thought everything would be included in the budget. Little did I know how quickly these costs add up! I think our list of includes will actually end up being pretty close to yours. I know it's bad but these days I find myself "staying within the budget" by just saying I'll pay for it separately. Well if I keep paying for stuff separately, it's still considered spending money.
planning and budgeting is good thing! keep it up! dont forget the beer cans joke hehehe!
