#608: pretty.

instructions via once wed.

since i'm making my own bouquet, i'm hoping wherever i go the night before our wedding to buy the flowers has these exact colors and species available.

and if not, that's ok too.

find a wholesaler that can order them for you or you can call the florist ahead of time and they can order them for you...if you buy in bulk it is usually cheaper :D

This is a beautiful combination! You can also call your local wholesaler, and even Costco, Sam's Club & BJ's sell flowers wholesale, and order them in advance!

If you're not going to wake up early and get to the Flower Mart (um, I'm not) and if your event is on a Sunday (which I seem to recall it is?) then start staking out Saturday Farmers Markets. http://www.farmernet.com/events/cfms
There are 2 in Santa Monica, one downtown, one in Silverlake, and others scattered throughout town (depending on where you live.) I've always found the best flowers at our Sunday morning local - multiple stands with tons of gorgeous low-cost options. Good luck, and have fun!

Yum, the fuschia poppy is my favorite. Have you seen those around town? They're blooming now. I heart them.

You should see if there is an american agro or wholesale flower vendor in your city. My wedding is May 2nd and I am doing all the flowers. I have already picked out my flowers for the day-they are ordering them to deliver Friday and we will pick them up saturday morning. If you do not have a tax id they will just make you pay tax. Good luck!

@Broke-ass Bride: Pretty sure they're anenomes not poppies.

I talked to the local flower shop about the flowers in these, and it looks like there's a dearth of anenomes right now. Hoping for a big boom on them! Sigh.

Go to the flower market in downtown LA. I think it's about a buck to get in and roam around. Go early and you'll find whatever you need. good luck.
