I wanted to use masses of baby's breath but my future mother in law, who is a floral artist and helping with our flowers, told me it smells awful. As in, so awful she refuses to work with it. I don't really want my guests to have to smell something awful!
Would be nice if you can find somewhere to put it away from noses though (on the floor as shown in the pic might work?).
i love discovery, details, and organizing the nooks and crannies. when i began this blog, i wasn't even engaged. i was just obsessed with the thought of planning a meaningful, wonderful, special day...with a strict budget in tow.
and now i'm married. i didn't meet my goal of a $10,000 wedding, but have no regrets. i hope you will be able to take some good ideas from this collection as compiled from blogs i visit daily.
my journey isn't your journey.
but maybe it can help. xo.

Oooh that's super cute. And cheaper, I imagine, than using roses/orchids/etc?
Love. it.
So affordable, unexpected, lively and pretty!
I love Baby's breath... seriously, its cheap, its beautiful, its romantic... it goes with everything...
I think that this is a beautiful and cost effective way to decorate. Fabulous post!
In the Martha Weddings probably 3 falls ago there was a tall b.breath arrangement that was FAB. It was at like a 100k wedding....
It looks lovely. But.
Doesn't baby's breath smell funny when there are that many bunches tied together?
Otherwise I love it.

Love that, so simple and warm looking.
Even if they smell weird, it wouldn't take much to spritz the bouquets with a pleasant lavendery scent prior to start.
wow i love it
