wow. Yeah Im not sure what they could be giving you that could cost that much.
If it makes any one feel better....I am a photographer and my weddings start at $700 for a full days coverage AND all your digital images. Then you can add in lots of fun stuff IF you want to buy them!
People scare me with these prices!
What could they possibly be doing that would be worth 55k? Geez...
can you imagine?? I think that would take all the DIY fun out of the wedding planning! Maybe this is for the Italian wedding package including diamonds for all the bridesmaids?

Yea, I'm also a photographer and I think my rates are reasonable but I do think there is commonly serious sticker shock when people start looking around at what people charge.
If you think this is enough to make your jaw drop, check out Gary Fong's website, i think its called storybook weddings or something -no videographer included and I think his prices start at like 120k!
Think of how much you'd save by going with those diamond cats, or even me! LOL :)
